ADMISSIONS INTO NURSERY
CLASS SEPTEMBER 2025

Nursery September 2025 places are available for children who turn 3 between 1st September 2024 to 31st August 2025.

We currently have 64 places in our Nursery split across AM and PM sessions:
40 Morning 8.45 – 11.45am 
24 Afternoon 12.30 – 3.30pm

The online application process is now CLOSED.
Opening date for applications is the 9th January 2025 with a closing date of 7th March 2025.

Please be aware that St John’s Primary Academy are not in a position to intervene in disputes between parents over Nursery applications and will request that these are resolved privately. If possible, you should liaise with your child’s other parent if you have any views about your child’s admission to Nursery.

On 8th May 2025, offers of Nursery places will be emailed to those who have been successful, emails will be sent throughout the day and this process will be complete by 3.25pm.

Those who have not been successful will not receive an email or letter we therefore strongly recommend you have an alternative setting application in place otherwise you are at risk of not having a nursery place for your child. 

We reserve the right to cancel an application if you child’s age is not applicable for a Nursery place. Details will be provided of our Little Eagles pre school, however places are subject to availability and a registration form must be completed.

There is no appeals process for Nursery admissions and the places will be allocated using our Nursery admissions criteria, which can be found here in our admissions policy.
