Christmas Jumpers - Friday 16th December

Friday 16th December is National Christmas Jumper Day in aid of Save the Children. As this is out last day of term we will be allowing the children to wear a Christmas Jumper with their usual uniform. St. John's will then make a donation to the charity on behalf of the children.

We understand that a number of children will not have a Christmas Jumper and we do not wish parents to especially buy one just for this day. We anticipate that quite a few children will just attend in normal uniform, with perhaps the accessory of some Christmas themed head wear, as will a number of the staff.

Please note that Friday is not a general non uniform day and pupils will not be asked to bring any money in to support the charity for wearing their jumper.

Students will be allowed to wear their Christmas jumpers along with their uniform this Friday 16th December. We do not expect parents to be pressured in purchasing a jumper for this, but if you already have one, then the children will be allowed to wear them.
